MERRYLANDS SECTION 1

Water, sewer, and drainage to serve Merrylands Section1.

 VSE provided design, management, and construction phase services for Merrylands Section 1. The work included 330 LF of 4 to 8-inch water line, 6,522 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and 5,938 LF of 24 to 72-inch storm sewer pipe. In addition, a detention pond was included. Construction was completed in 2018 for $4.4M.
