TIMBER LANE UTILITY DISTRICT
VSE, Inc. did the site engineering for the new Community Center and Veterans Memorial. This included the parking lot layout, sanitary sewer, water lines, and drainage facilities for the site.
We also did the plans for the expansion of the “Big Pond” in Cypress Creek Park to account for the additional impervious cover of the community center. The existing pond was expanded by 10,000 C.Y. to satisfy Harris County Flood Control standards.
A stormwater quality feature was also included in the project to treat stormwater runoff before it drains into the existing pond of the park.
